Twin Hills HOA accepts the following forms of payment for the annual assessments each year.

Available Payment Methods

Twin Hills’ annual assessment is currently $700 and is due on January 1st of each year. If you have any questions, need to check your balance or have a special payment request please email by selecting the link below.

We accept the following online payments:

  • Our preferred payment method is via Zelle, where there are no processing fees. Zelle payments can be sent to:

  • If you prefer, you can request an invoice to pay online by clicking below to request an invoice to pay by Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, where there is  3.1% processing fee.
